For her first 12 years in nursing, Karen worked in an acute care hospital in the intensive care unit and trauma.  Since 2012, Karen has worked with a managed care organization.  She currently oversees a telephone advice nurse team, as well as inpatient case management teams.  In 2020, Karen obtained her MSN in Leadership and Administration from Capella University.  Outside of work, her passions include traveling around the world, reading, going to see musicals, and spending time with friends and family.

President Elect

Keenan Partridge, BSN, RN, CCM

Keenan Partridge has been a nurse for 8 years. He originally graduated with his Associates in 2012, and obtained his BSN in 2019.  He is currently working towards a MBA in Health Care Management. Keenan started his nursing career in outpatient care as a home health nurse and case manager. Shortly afterwards, Keenan’s case management care flourished as he advanced through several case management roles within a local health insurance company, where he is now a manager of case management – serving both inpatient and outpatient case management teams. Keenan says his dedication to case management comes from being a home health nurse who witnessed a plethora of patients in the community go without the services and support needed to effectively manage their care.

Leslie Manuel, BSN, RN, CCM

Leslie Manuel has been a nurse for over 20 years. Her clinical background is in Pediatric Oncology. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and is CCM Certified. She started her nursing career in 2000 and was a travel nurse for over 10 years. Leslie moved to Las Vegas in 2019, where she became a telephone advice nurse with a local health plan.  Currently, she is an RN Manager over telephone advice nurses and case managers. Leslie has been happily married for 7 years and has one daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family, spending time at the beach, and watching the Golden Knights. GO KNIGHTS GO!
